Primarily responsible for supporting the development, optimization and transfer of new products, processes and technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build product through all phases of Product Realization in both a cleanroom and general manufacturing environment
Assist in the design of fixturing and procurement of equipment
Installing and maintaining equipment / fixturing
Utilize manual and/or automated measurement equipment/tools.
Accurately draft and optimize manufacturing procedures
Proficient at solving problems in a timely manner
Understands cause and effect as it pertains to process development
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of process development technician experience
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Mechanical or electrical production experience
Must be self-motivated, ambitious and able to work effectively on a team
Strong experimental and hands-on technical skills
Ability to diagnose and solve problems with complex systems
Preferred:
Medical component or device manufacturing is preferred
Salary range: $27 to 33/hr depending on skills and experience
