Hatch is seeking a Procurement Intern . Reporting to the Project Delivery Group , you will support offices globally working from our Pittsburgh, PA office location.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or relevant discipline
Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
As the successful candidate, you will:
Be the liaison with Package Coordinator to obtain and verify technical specifications, with the Planner to verify lead times and delivery dates, and with Logistics to assure cost effective and practical Incoterms
Prepare Commercial Bid documents (including contractual terms and conditions, delivery requirements, quality/inspection requirements and other documents related to the scope of supply, etc.), and issue Bid Documents to Bidders from an approved Bidder’s List
Manage the prequalification and selection of bidders
Prepare and issue Bidders List and coordinate approval process
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the bid process
Log bid…
