Procurement Manager – MEP | Dubai Talent Tide is hiring a Procurement Manager on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP projects, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely material procurement. Monitor supplier performance, control procurement costs, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of procurement experience within the MEP or construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and local suppliers in the UAE. Excellent negotiation, commercial, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
