Our client is an international manufacturing company strengthening its Global Procurement organization. As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Procurement NPD Manager to become Procurement's key interface with Innovation and New Product Development (NPD). This is a highly cross-functional and international role, combining strategic procurement, project coordination, commercial thinking and stakeholder management. You will have the opportunity to influence product development decisions early, drive supplier involvement and help shape how Procurement contributes to innovation and speed to market. Responsibilities Act as Procurement's key interface for the Innovation and NPD portfolio; Ensure early Procurement involvement and clear ownership throughout the NPD process; Bring supplier-market, cost, capacity, lead-time, tooling and supply-risk insights into product development; Coordinate early supplier involvement, market assessments, RFIs and feasibility evaluations; Drive design-to-cost, value engineering, standardisation and make-or-buy initiatives; Ensure NPD sourcing activities align with category strategies and supplier structures; Coordinate with Category Managers and Sourcing Project Managers to ensure effective sourcing execution and handover; Coordinate cost, business-case and commercial inputs with Procurement, Finance and technical teams; Monitor procurement milestones, risks and actions and provide clear reporting to stakeholders; Support supplier innovation, co-development and successful industrialisation and launch; Continuously improve Procurement's contribution to NPD speed, value and supplier performance. Requirements Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier development, project management or NPD; Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills; Strong commercial and analytical skills, with an understanding of cost and business-case drivers; Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies and supplier markets; University degree in Engineering or a related field; Fluent English; Lithuanian and/or other languages are an advantage; Proactive, structured and execution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
