Producer Payment Analyst

Agropur is looking for a temporary 12 ‑ month Member Payroll Coordinator , a payroll processing specialist, to join its team in St‑Hubert. An environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued:   1 year contract Group insurance Employee assistance program; Opportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.); Salary range 003: $63,000 à $78,700 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)   How you will contribute to collective success:   Prepare monthly payroll payments for Quebec milk producer members (advances and final payments). Validate milk delivery volumes and ensure data accuracy (quantity, quality, deliveries). Calculate payments based on market prices, premiums, penalties, quotas, and applicable programs. Generate payments, statements, banking files, and financial reports. Perform month-end activities, including analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and systems related to member payroll and capital management. Contribute to system modernization projects, including testing, validation, and deployment of changes. Manage and maintain member records, data, and capital transactions. Apply Agropur policies and regulations in daily activities. Create and maintain up-to-date work procedures.   The type of team player who fits in:   College Diploma. 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as payroll administrator or accounting clerk. Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to work with colleagues and clients in other Canadian provinces).
