Product Analyst

We are looking for an analytical, product-focused professional to join our team as a Product & Integrations Intelligence Analyst , working alongside our Senior Product Manager. The role will act as a bridge between the Business and Engineering teams , turning market intelligence, APIs, technical capabilities, and business requirements into clear and actionable product inputs. Key responsibilities include: Monitor competitors across features, pricing, integrations, and product flows. Research and assess APIs and integrations, including tax authorities, ERP systems, delivery platforms, loyalty providers, payment solutions, and other third-party services. Identify and document technical capabilities, constraints, dependencies, and integration requirements. Translate roadmap initiatives into clear use cases, specifications, and structured requirements. Support product roadmap decisions with validated market insights and recommendations. Create clear product documentation and development-ready inputs for Engineering teams. Participate in roadmap discussions, product planning, and integration evaluation. Identify new integration opportunities that can strengthen the product offering and customer experience. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a Product, SaaS, Software, Business Analysis, or similar environment . Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Ability to conduct market and competitive research and translate findings into actionable insights. Good understanding of APIs and software integrations , including REST APIs, authentication flows, data exchange, and system dependencies. Ability to translate business needs into structured product and technical requirements. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Excellent written and spoken Greek and English. Nice to have: Experience with AADE, myDATA, electronic invoicing, POS systems, payments, or fintech . Experience with ERP systems or third-party software integrations. Knowledge of SQL or experience with data analysis. Previous experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analysis.
