We are looking for highly motivated students to join our team as Product Application Co-ops from January- August 2027 in Tampa/Clearwater, FL. Our efficient  products improve comfort, safety, and health  of lives across the planet.   Since 1947, we are deeply committed to helping you “ Build Your Future ,” through professional growth, challenging projects, and exciting opportunities to explore your career path.  WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Support the Technical Support & Service team by assisting with customer inquiries, product questions, and service-related projects Analyze field feedback, service data, and market information to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities Support product innovation through testing, technical analysis, and evaluation of opportunities to enhance product performance and functionality. Research, draft, and support the deployment of technical service bulletins, product submittals, and other technical resources Develop training, educational, and marketing materials that communicate product features, benefits, and technical information Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc, Marketing, Sales or similar degree with technical aptitude) On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with employees, customers, and stakeholders across different areas of the business Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Interest in sales processes, marketing concepts, and customer-focused solutions Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and develop recommendations THE EARLY TALENT EXPERIENCE As part of our Early Talent Program, you’ll have opportunities to: Develop Your Career: Gain meaningful, real-world experience while working full-time (40 hours a week) throughout your 8-month co-op term.
