Product Data Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Ortigas Work set up: Hybrid / Remote work may be offered based on good work performance We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to manage and maintain large volumes of product and SKU data. The ideal candidate has experience working with product catalogs, vendor/manufacturer websites, and raw product data, with strong skills in data validation, cleanup, and organization. Key Responsibilities: Collect and research product information from manufacturer and vendor websites. Convert raw vendor data into structured product templates. Validate, clean, consolidate, and update large product datasets. Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent product information. Organize product attributes, specifications, categories, and descriptions. Maintain accurate product data using Excel/Google Sheets. Support e-commerce product catalog management and data quality processes. Requirements: Must have minimum of 2 years work experience Product Data Specialist Minimum 2 years of hands-on Shopify experience — required. Must have experience in product data management, PIM, e-commerce, or catalog management. Experience working with large volumes of SKUs and repetitive, detail-oriented tasks. Strong web research and data extraction skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and handling large datasets. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
