We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career. About the Role : We're looking for a Product Designer III to own end-to-end design for a significant area of the product. This is a individual contributor role: you'll lead design on complex, ambiguous problems, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and help raise the bar for craft and process across the design team. You'll spend meaningful time in our design system, both using it and shaping it, and you'll be expected to make sound design decisions independently with minimal oversight. What You'll Do : Own the end-to-end design process for major features or product areas — from problem framing and research through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity, polished UI Lead design on cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Research as a peer, not just an executor Conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative) and turn it into clear design decisions and rationale Contribute to, extend, and enforce consistency in the design system (components, patterns, tokens), rather than working around it Prototype at varying levels of fidelity to test ideas quickly and de-risk decisions before engineering investment Present and defend design work to stakeholders, including leadership, with clear rationale tied to user and business outcomes Give and receive design critique regularly; mentor and unblock more junior designers on your team Balance speed and craft — know when a rough prototype is enough and when a problem deserves deeper exploration Prototype with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable) to go from a Figma frame to a working, data-connected prototype — not just clickable mocks — for anything where real interaction or logic matters Design the human-AI interaction layer where relevant: how the product surfaces confidence, uncertainty, and AI-driven suggestions; how users stay in control and build trust in automated or predictive output Use AI tooling inside the design stack itself (Figma AI, generative UI, AI-assisted research synthesis) to speed up production work without lowering the bar on originality or craft.
