Key Exciting Responsibilities: Shape product solutions across all product areas from concept to launch, owning key design deliverables that drive customer success — from first-time experience flows to novel approaches to complex workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Product to integrate great UX into our core platform, communicating clearly and often to bring designs to life. Spearhead user discovery and design validation with stakeholders, distilling complex workflows into intuitive user experiences that solve real-world challenges. Drive continuous improvement in our Document Crunch design system and best practices to ensure high-quality and sustainable design outcomes. Essential Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience designing applications, with a strong focus on B2B products.
