Key Exciting Responsibilities: The Senior Product Designer is a critical role in our organization. The key responsibilities are: Product Design & Execution Lead end-to-end design solutions, from research and concept through to delivery and refinement. Create fully responsive, high-fidelity designs for web and mobile that align with our brand and accessibility standards. Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, enabling inclusive experiences for all users. Leverage AI-powered design and prototyping tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows (Figma, Lovable, Fullstory, etc.). Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve user flows. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring innovative features to market. Communicate design decisions clearly, advocating for user needs and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
