Job Description: Product Manager As Product Manager, you will work on our core technology powering our multi-currency card processing and collections flow. You will have the opportunity to work directly on card payments, scheme integrations, tokenized payment flows, clearing/settlement logic, and the core ledgers that guarantee the accuracy and reliability of our customers’ balances. You should have some prior card-program experience and you must be technically strong, curious, and comfortable learning fast. Expect to work on complex integrations and high-stakes logic around authorization flows, ledger postings, reconciliation risks, and more. We’re looking for someone who is unintimidated by complexity and willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details. You should be prepared to understand and shape systems that must be correct, auditable, and reliable, while still building quickly and iterating fast. You will: Work on and enhance our card processing capabilities, tokenization (Apple Pay/Google Pay) flows, scheme-driven requirements, and top ups. Support system enhancements that ensure accuracy of postings, settlement logic, reversals, refunds, and reconciliation processes. Co-own integrations with issuers, processors, and payment processors, helping ensure our systems meet scheme and regulatory expectations. Collaborate closely with engineering to design scalable, reliable technical functionalities across cards, top ups and ledger. Partner with Finance on reconciliation flows and accounting mapping; partner with Risk/Compliance on scheme/issuer obligations and controls.
