You are the connective tissue between Marketing and Product, translating acquisition strategy into a website & app-based experience that converts, and translating website & app performance data back into strategic recommendations. You work hand in hand with creatives and product designers, front-end developers, and content teams to ship high-quality landing pages, onboarding flows, and multi-market web experiences, and you hold the quality bar at sign-off. You bring an agile, squad-based way of working, balancing the need for speed and experimentation with a high bar for visual and technical quality.
