Your focus will center on expanding our Card Programmes, Wallets & Payments, alongside Provider Infrastructure worldwide. Sourcing & Outreach: Research, assess, and initiate outreach to card networks, issuing institutions, processors, and local payment entities internationally. Relationship & Operational Management: Serve as the primary contact point for processing vendors and card partners, monitoring SLAs, tracking uptime, and untangling operational challenges. Feature Launch & Enablement: Oversee complete operational steps and certification criteria to support tokenization, Google Pay, and Apple Pay across our card offerings. Documentation & Mapping Processes: Author standard operating procedures, vendor escalation protocols, and integration tracking tools for Compliance, Product, and Engineering units. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Compliance teams to guarantee timely feature launches and external vendor alignment. You will be a great fit if you: Currently pursuing the final year of or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Management. Outstanding spoken and written English communication abilities, with assurance to manage external partner outreach and cultivate relationships with international vendors.
