This position will be responsible for developing monthly production plans, coordinating mining activities, and working collaboratively with Operations, Technical Services, and Maintenance teams to ensure production objectives are achieved safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning day-to-day operational activities with short and medium-term mine plans, identifying operational constraints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This is a residential position based in Red Lake, Ontario. We offer a competitive salary, Quarterly Performance Bonus, and long-term career growth opportunities. The compensation range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000 CAD, plus bonus and benefits. Schedule is 8 days on / 6 days off.  Key Result Areas Develop and maintain monthly production plans and weekly execution priorities aligned with mine production schedules. Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to support operational targets.
