Job Description:
The Graphic Designer II supports The Aaon Group’s internal and external communications by producing high-quality visual content across a wide range of media types and formats. This role serves as a versatile design resource for both customer-facing and internal initiatives, moving between digital assets, email campaigns, video/TV screen graphics, print collateral, flyers, signage, and promotional merchandise. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, versatility across formats and platforms, and an understanding of accessibility and multi-language/localization considerations in visual design. Success in this role requires the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and consistently deliver polished work under tight deadlines. The Graphic Designer II plays a critical role in producing accurate, on-brand, and accessible visual content across a broad range of formats and channels. This role is high-volume and fast-paced by nature, requiring efficient production, sound judgment on prioritization, and consistent quality across many concurrent, smaller-scope projects rather than a small number of large-scale initiatives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Design and produce visual content across a wide variety of media, including digital assets, mass email/marketing communications, TV and digital signage/screens, print materials, flyers, and signage
Design with accessibility best practices in mind, including color contrast, legibility, and formatting considerations for diverse audiences
Adapt and format designs to support multiple languages and localization requirements
Support both sales/customer-facing initiatives and internal communications and branded initiatives
Design and coordinate promotional merchandise and swag in alignment with brand standards
Manage a high volume of concurrent, small-to-medium scope design requests with efficiency and accuracy
Prioritize and adjust workload in response to shifting business needs and competing deadlines
Ensure design output is consistently on-brand, accurate, and production-ready across all formats
Maintain and organize graphic resources, templates, and files for easy access and reuse
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand project needs, timelines, and constraints
Troubleshoot format- and platform-specific production requirements (print specs, email rendering, screen resolutions, file types)
Participate in professional development activities
