The schedule and pay:
$29.68/hr : $24.68 base plus a $5/hr night shift premium
Monday–Thursday, 6:00pm–6:00am , so every weekend is a 3-day weekend
Paid weekly
Position: 
We’re looking for hands-on, mechanically minded operators who enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they produce.
Run automated production equipment and hit daily production goals
Set up equipment and handle preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot, adjust, and make minor repairs using hand tools and measuring devices, and bring in Maintenance when needed to keep the line moving
Take apart and reassemble heavy components using hoists and hand tools
Check product quality, including color blends, and flag anything that's off
Keep accurate daily production and maintenance reports
Hand off clearly at shift change so the next crew knows exactly where things stand
Work safely and follow plant procedures
What you need
3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Comfort leading or guiding coworkers on the floor
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Availability for occasional overtime or weekend coverage when production requires it
High school diploma or GED
Bonus points (not required)
Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience in concrete or concrete products manufacturing
Familiarity with equipment like Masa, Hess, Omag, Columbia, Rekers, or Besser
Experience with ERP systems or Microsoft Office
