Production Operative - Early shift

About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join the team in Bicester. While this role will be to work predominantly on the early shift from 6am - 2:30pm, however you'll be flexible be flexible and adaptable to work the occasional late/night shifts when the need arises. The purpose of the role Is to to ensure the production machines are stocked & operated correctly in order to produce high quality products & keep our production lines moving! The daily responsibilities will include Ensure the Production machines are stocked & operated correctly to ensure our Production lines run smoothly Collaborate closely with Quality Control and book finished goods into the internal system for each completed pallet Ensure accurate completion of all data documentation Co-operate with the Technical team to convey information relating the machine performance Collaborate with the Warehouse Service to ensure the internal flow of material is maintained Assist with any adhoc duties requested by the line manager Continuously ensure good housekeeping is maintained To be successful in the role you will; Have previous experience within an Automated Serial Production environment or Machine Minding You must be flexible to work additional late / night shifts when required Be computer literate & have great communication skills Be a collaborative team player with the ability to communicate at all levels possess a "can do"! attitude What's on offer?
