Production Operative (Grader) - Backshift

We are currently recruiting for a Grading Operative at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 18:00hrs to 02:15hrs Salary: £12.71 per hour (plus 50p per hour backshift premium) Responsibilities Accurately grade potatoes, ensuring all products meet quality and weight specifications. Inspect products for any defects or quality issues, reporting any concerns to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, following all health and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Requirements Previous experience in production or grading roles is advantageous, particularly in the food industry. Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. Physical fitness is required, as the role involves standing for extended periods. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
