JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Planner
Location: Beverly, MA (on-site) Reports to: Jason Burton, Director, Production Planning Drive production planning that keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring alignment between demand, materials, and production capacity, helping drive operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, engineering plans, and production specifications
Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure materials and resources are aligned with production timelines
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, supply constraints, or operational priorities
Analyze capacity and labor requirements to optimize production flow and resource utilization
Track and report on key performance metrics such as schedule adherence and production output
Identify potential bottlenecks or risks and proactively recommend solutions to maintain schedule integrity
Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and scheduling processes
Ensure accurate data management within ERP and planning systems
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations
Experience working in a manufacturing environment (high-tech or semiconductor preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
