Your Role
Your role is Production Supervisor. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with technicians and engineers, directly reporting to CTO.
Your Job Scope
Develop and manage production plans and schedules using MRP/ERP systems and inventory management tools to meet build targets and delivery timelines.
Drive material requirements planning — coordinate component availability, manage stock levels, and prevent production bottlenecks caused by shortages or lead-time gaps.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical specifications to support manufacturing, assembly, and procurement decisions.
Manage suppliers and sub-contractors, including lead-time negotiation, logistics coordination, and cost optimisation, to strengthen supply chain reliability and resilience.
Establish and maintain quality control processes, including incoming inspection, QC checklists, nonconformance reports (NCRs), and root cause analysis (RCA), to ensure manufacturing and assembly standards are consistently met.
Support electromechanical assembly of subsea/marine robotics hardware — AUVs, thrusters, pressure housings, subsea connectors — and contribute to design-for-manufacturability and design-for-assembly improvements.
Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles (5S, Kaizen) to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste,…
