Production Supervisor

About the Role We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, and achieve production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets . Manage manpower, shift planning, and work allocation. Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and productivity . Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Production teams . Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards . Monitor machine performance and coordinate for breakdowns and maintenance. Maintain production records, batch documentation, and shift reports. Identify process issues and implement corrective actions. Minimize rejection, wastage, downtime, and production losses . Train and guide operators and production staff. Preferred Background 3–6 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or chemical manufacturing . Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related field . Experience in handling 30+ manpower will be preferred. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, SOPs, GMP, and safety practices. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
