Production Supervisor

1. JOB PURPOSE Supervise and control the day-to-day operation of the Copper Rod CCR line to achieve the required production quantity, quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Ensure the CCR line is operated according to the approved production plan, operating procedures, and process parameters, while minimizing downtime, scrap, and production losses. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Process, and other support functions to ensure stable and continuous production. 2 - KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS Key Results: · Production output against plan · CCR line OEE · Line availability and downtime · Production yield · Scrap and rejected material · Rod quality and customer/specification compliance · Production interruptions · Safety performance · 5S and housekeeping · Accurate shift reporting and handover 3 - OPERATING ENVIRONMENT · Continuous production environment. · Responsible for direct supervision of the CCR production area during the assigned shift. · Works closely with Maintenance, Quality, Process, Warehouse, and Planning teams. · Required to respond quickly to equipment, process, quality, and production abnormalities. · Work may involve high-temperature equipment, molten copper, rotating machinery, electrical equipment, and other manufacturing hazards. · Must strictly follow PPE, safety procedures, and company operating standards. 4 - KEY COMPETENCIES · CCR / Copper Rod Production Knowledge · Production Control · Leadership and Team Management · Problem Solving · Process Monitoring · Equipment Awareness · Attention to Detail and Quality · Commitment to Achieve · Communication · Concern for Quality · Cooperation · Safety Awareness · Decision Making · Continuous Improvement · Honesty and Consistency Requirements 1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / TRAINING · Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, or related field. · Proven experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing environment. · Experience in copper rod production, CCR/Properzi process, casting, rolling, or similar continuous production process is preferred. · Good understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control requirements. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Good communication and problem-solving skills. · Ability to analyze production data, downtime, quality issues, and process performance. · Good understanding of safety procedures and manufacturing standards. 2.
