About the Role Imagine this, you are the engineer who keeps advanced aerospace systems moving from design into production. As a Production Support Engineer, you will build the tools, infrastructure, and processes that enable our production teams to manufacture complex electronic systems efficiently, reliably, and at scale. Working at the intersection of software, hardware, and manufacturing, you will remove production bottlenecks, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve how we build next generation UAV technologies. What You'll Do Partner with production and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. Design, develop, and maintain production infrastructure, automated tools, and manufacturing support systems. Develop and implement calibration equipment, automated test systems, and custom hardware rigs for production. Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term engineering solutions. Create intuitive software interfaces that enable production technicians to perform tasks efficiently and consistently. Integrate production equipment, devices, and servers through reliable and secure network solutions. Support the introduction of new products into production by developing scalable manufacturing processes and tooling. Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure quality and repeatability. What You'll Work With Real Hardware Develop in-house fixtures, testing equipment, and production methodologies to manufacture complex aerospace systems while maintaining the highest quality standards. Networks Connect production equipment, embedded devices, and servers through reliable and secure network infrastructure. Software & User Interfaces Build simple, intuitive applications and tools that streamline production workflows and improve operator efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a production engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or similar role. Strong programming skills in at least one of C/C++, Go, or Python. Experience developing hardware test systems, automation tools, or production software.
