Actively participate in validation builds and Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) ramp-up activities, supporting the stabilization of quality, cycle times, and production output.
Provide shop floor feedback to improve work instructions, inspection procedures, tooling, workstation design, and production flow.
Collaborate closely with Industrialization, Engineering, Quality, Testing, Logistics, and Prototyping teams to ensure smooth handovers and rapid problem resolution.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace while complying with all relevant ESD, high-voltage (HV), lifting/crane, battery handling, and site-specific regulations.
