Imagine One is hiring for a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support our NAVAIR (PMA-275), V-22 FMS Japan Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract. Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements:
Principal Requirements: The Program Analyst, Journeyman supports program related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, initial and sustaining requirements, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities. The Program Analyst, Journeyman supports the program in the execution of all assigned activities. Participates in meetings to support program objectives. Assists with program management, technical, logistical or business analysis. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete and organize technical data relating to logistics programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Program Analyst is responsible for performing program management and business analysis. Participate as a member of and/or support the specified Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs); attending directed business meetings; collect, complete, organize and interpret program and logistics information relating to aircraft weapon/acquisition and product programs; track program/project status and financial obligations and expenditures; apply policies and procedures for logistics planning.
Must possess strong business acumen skills of team building, negotiation, decision-making, time management, and organization skills. Must also be able to effectively articulate ideas (both orally and in writing), apply strategic/critical thinking skills, and have the ability to meet and effectively converse with people at all levels. Must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment handling sensitive/proprietary documents. The ability to prepare concise and targeted briefing content and deliver "to the point" presentations to decision makers is essential.
The Program Analyst is required to support the team effectively to achieve program schedule objectives; develop and coordinate all required program acquisition documentation and briefings; and ensure all program requirements and milestones are communicated and coordinated with program leadership. In addition, the Program Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements: Participate in Program Management Reviews
Develops Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
Creates Procurement Initiation Document (PID) requests and tracks milestones in the Procurement Management Tool (PMT)
Works with the scheduler to ensure the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) is up to date
Support case development efforts
Develops briefs, presentations, meeting minutes and action items
