Innovating today, Leading tomorrow.” Functional Description: Provides support to IPT Leads and associated teams. Coordinates the execution of complex data calls ad tasks to meet required deadlines and tracked for closure. Prepares executive briefs. Composes correspondence requiring some understanding of technical matters. Reviews outgoing correspondence and alerts writer to any conflicts with the file or departure from policies. Summarizes the content of incoming materials or meetings, ensuring that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member. Demonstrated oral and written skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and support IPT meetings, collect meeting minutes, action items and track their status to completion. Plan, coordinate and prepare travel itineraries for IPT members. Review, update and correct Naval documentation in accordance with the Navy Styles guide. Required Experience : Proficient in MS Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Good communication and writing skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Desired Experience : At least 2 years supporting NAVAIR programs. Expert in MS Suite. Strong Administrative and writing skills. Familiar with Defense Travel Systems.
