Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Program Analyst - Tasker to provide executive workflow, correspondence, task-management, and staffing-package support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for the Defense Industrial Base (DASN (DIB)). The analyst supports the timely development, coordination, tracking, and delivery of executive correspondence, taskers, decision materials, and other senior-leader products.
This position is suitable for a highly skilled candidate with demonstrated potential to grow in a fast-paced executive-staff environment. The analyst shall be capable of organizing complex workflows, producing accurate and professional written products, maintaining detailed task-status visibility, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders under Government direction.
Responsibilities:
Provide executive workflow, correspondence-control, task-management, and staffing-package support for DASN (DIB) leadership and staff.
Receive, log, organize, and maintain records for incoming correspondence, taskers, data calls, staffing packages, action items, and executive requirements.
Review incoming taskers and correspondence for completeness; identify missing information, coordination needs, suspense dates, and potential routing considerations for Government review.
Maintain task-status, suspense, action-item, correspondence, and decision trackers; identify overdue actions, approaching deadlines, dependencies, and potential administrative barriers for Government awareness and resolution.
Prepare and coordinate draft memoranda, information papers, briefing materials, meeting summaries, decision packages, executive correspondence, response packages, read-ahead materials, and other staff products.
Conduct formatting, quality-control, and administrative reviews of draft products for completeness, consistency, accuracy, suspense compliance, and adherence to Government-provided templates and guidance.
Support coordination of staffing packages with DASN (DIB) directorates, ASN (RD&A) offices, DON acquisition organizations, Department of War stakeholders, and other Government-approved points of contact.
