Manufacturing Specialist

The Manufacturing Specialist supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities to ensure accurate and efficient operations. Responsibilities include processing ERP transactions, resolving inventory discrepancies, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining material traceability, and supporting cycle counts. The role trains employees on established procedures, audits process compliance, and maintains required records. Additional duties include staging and moving materials throughout production areas, maintaining floor stock, supporting product identification and labeling, and safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, and other material handling equipment.
