Position Summary
The Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Program Management team, helping keep projects organized and running smoothly. This role assists with scheduling, documentation, reporting, communication, and other day-to-day coordination activities while gaining experience in program management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Program Managers and Program Directors.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items.
Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
Update project trackers and internal systems.
Assist with reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Help track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Support the creation of purchase orders, invoices, and other project documentation.
Coordinate communication between internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete.
Assist with process improvements and other administrative projects as needed.
