About this role: Join Queensland Rail’s Major Projects division and play a key role in the delivery of The Wave Greenfield Stage 2 Project as a Program Coordinator . In this exciting opportunity, you will utilise your project coordination, governance and stakeholder engagement skills to support the successful delivery of a major rail infrastructure project. Working within a complex, multidisciplinary environment, you will coordinate project reporting, governance activities, meetings, action tracking and information management processes, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the project team and key stakeholders. As a central coordination point for the project, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making, facilitate information flow and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives. About the Opportunity: This fixed-term position is available through to 31 January 2032 , offering the opportunity to be part of a transformational infrastructure project from planning through to delivery. Working within a flexible and collaborative project environment, you will work across a variety of locations including Queensland Rail's Carseldine Office, Transport and Main Roads and Queensland Rail CBD offices, client offices and project sites. The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic work environment and be comfortable adapting their work location to meet project and stakeholder requirements. Salaries are between $117k-128k + super .
