Job Summary
The program coordinator 1 (PC1) provides a wide range of administrative services to program directors, faculty, and students of the SGPP. Working closely with program directors and Student Central staff, the PC1 provides academic program assistance, administrative support, front-line customer service, and event coordination in support of the student experience across all programs.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to SGPP programs that includes calendar scheduling, recording meeting minutes, document management, filing, and other administrative duties.
Fields questions from students related to grade grievances or concerns with courses or instructors, working closely with program directors to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
Assists with program level communications, specifically external partners.
Assists with course schedule development.
Communicates with faculty to fill schedules for assigned courses.
Coordinates documentation and communication of program policies, procedures, and outcomes.
Provides administrative support relating to textbooks and course materials.
Assists faculty with course setup in the Learning Management System (Canvas).
Tracks and archives course syllabi.
Provides technical assistance to students and faculty with program-specific applications.
Participates in meetings and events as required or requested, including graduation ceremonies.

Other Duties & Responsibilities
Assistance with on-campus events periodically throughout the school years
Communicate with adjunct faculty about textbook adoption and collect syllabus each semester
Qualifications
Experience and Education Requirements
High School diploma, College degree preferred

Self-direction and ability to work with minimal supervision.
