Description Program Manager – Baltic Countries Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Riga, Latvia (On-site) Redwire Corporation is a global space and defense technology company building the infrastructure of the future and delivering multi-domain solutions. Join our team as a Program Manager, where you will lead complex development programs and ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge UAS solutions. You will take ownership of customer-focused initiatives from proposal through development, manufacturing, delivery, and post-delivery support, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Program Execution Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Lead internal R&D initiatives and drive innovation while meeting key project milestones. Coordinate all phases of product development, from proposal and system design to production and customer support. Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle. Provide regular updates on program progress, risks, issues, opportunities, milestones, and performance. Manage customer field issues, including repairs and technical support, ensuring timely resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments. Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with business objectives. Drive communication and decision-making across multiple stakeholders. Risk, Performance & Financial Management Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues and capture opportunities. Coordinate root cause analyses and corrective actions. Monitor program KPIs and provide regular status reports. Manage program budgets and P&L responsibilities to achieve financial targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Risk Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably within Aerospace, Defense, or UAV industries. Mandatory experience in Aerospace, Defense, UAS/UAV or other Aviation Engineering environments is required. Experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes and design milestones (PDR, CDR). PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
