We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Compliance to join our Trust function. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and delivery of Fenergo’s regulatory compliance programme within a global SaaS environment. You will manage compliance activities including monitoring and interpreting applicable regulatory requirements and developments, assessing their applicability and impact on Fenergo’s technology and control environment, notifying relevant stakeholders of applicable changes, identifying gaps, and working cross-functionally to drive remediation, implementation and ongoing monitoring. The role also has a strong customer-facing component, including supporting the review and negotiation of customer contracts, particularly privacy and data protection requirements and ensuring that commitments are aligned with Fenergo’s operating model and control environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong regulatory and data protection knowledge with practical operational experience, sound commercial judgement and the ability to independently manage a complex regulatory compliance programme and its associated priorities.
