Program Supervisor II (Project Respond) Job Overview
Location/Schedule : This position is based out of the Kerns building in NE Portland, OR, but is a community-based position. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., but will require flexibility to accommodate program needs.

Position Description: The Program Supervisor II works as part of an interdisciplinary team and is responsible for ensuring program activities are administered effectively and in accordance with guidance from program leadership. This position provides direct supervision to staff, manages crisis response, and is responsible for management of the day-to-day activities of the program.
This position must understand, appreciate, and respect the differences within our Cascadia community. As such, it is expected that this position promotes integrated care, our vision of trauma-informed and person-first approaches and helps create a work environment of acceptance.
Essential Responsibilities

General:
Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day program operations, integrating best practices and evaluating service delivery.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
Foster collaboration among team members as well as across the organization.
Provide regular updates to management and communicate relevant information to frontline staff.
Manage resources efficiently in accordance with established procedures and policies; monitor operations to ensure quality and consistency.
Oversee and approve timekeeping and leave requests in compliance with organizational policies.
Support staff to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
Organize day-to-day workflows to support staff and ensure high-quality care for the individuals we serve.
Prepare reports as requested; monitor expenditures and the use of agency and program resources; recommend and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Apply Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) practices as part of the service delivery team, in alignment with Cascadia and the program’s current level of FIT implementation.
