Manage and track project expenditure, commitments and costs against approved project budgets. Process, monitor and reconcile supplier and project invoices. Provide the Project Manager with regular and accurate information on project spend, commitments and outstanding costs. Assist with project cost reporting, reconciliations and financial controls. Work closely with the broader project, procurement and finance teams to keep the commercial side of each project organised and up to date. Requirements Relevant Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping qualification. Previous experience in a Project Accountant, Project Finance, Project Costing or similar project-based financial role. Importantly, previous experience within an engineering, EPC/EPCM, mining, mineral-processing, construction or project-house environment. Experience working closely with Project Managers and understanding how project expenditure flows from purchasing and orders through invoicing and payment.
