This role is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring commitments are achieved, expectations are exceeded, and customer satisfaction remains at the heart of every interaction. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams, you will proactively drive order fulfilment, resolve issues, and continuously seek improvements that enhance both customer experience and business performance.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional experience through proactive communication and effective relationship management.
Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and timely fulfilment using SAP.
Coordinate with Operations, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met and any issues are resolved quickly.
Monitor order performance, proactively managing risks, delivery schedules, customer enquiries, and issue resolution to maintain high service levels.
Coordinate export and logistics activities, ensuring shipping documentation, customs requirements, and regulatory compliance are completed accurately.
