Your new position
As Project Coordinator, you will support global project teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across Research and Development. You will keep projects moving — maintaining plans, tracking progress and risks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring documentation and communication stay accurate and compliant. Working closely with Project Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will be a central point of coordination that helps teams deliver timely, high-quality results in line with our internal procedures and project governance standards.
We offer exciting responsibilities:
Support the planning and coordination of R&D projects, maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in accordance with project governance standards
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action items, and escalate issues as appropriate
Coordinate cross-functional project meetings — preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions
Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation, including decision logs and status reports
Support the preparation of materials for governance forums, project reviews, and leadership updates
Assist with resource tracking, budget follow-up, and financial reporting where applicable
Ensure alignment with internal SOPs and quality standards, support change control and the documentation of scope or timeline changes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools, templates, and processes
Your profile
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who brings order to complexity and keeps many moving parts aligned. You communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and build strong working relationships across functions. You take pride in accuracy and are motivated by helping teams deliver.
Experience in project coordination, project administration, or PMO support, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or another regulated R&D environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, e.g. Smartsheet
Excellent written and verbal communication, including minute-taking, status reporting, and stakeholder follow-up
Familiarity with project governance, SOPs, and quality/compliance requirements in a regulated setting
Relevant education, e.g. bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field
