Posted Job Title Project Data Coordinator, School of Nursing Job Profile Title Research Coordinator Job Description Summary Job Description The Project Data Coordinator supports the ADRD Public Health Adoption Accelerator's research infrastructure by managing all data collection, entry, extraction, quality assurance, and reporting functions. Reporting to the Project Director with scientific oversight from Dr. Glanz (Strategy 1 lead), the Coordinator executes the annual environmental scan of BOLD program implementation strategies, manages the Penn REDCap database for performance measures and TA engagement logs, and compiles quantitative data for CDC Annual Performance Reports. This position is the operational hub for the program's evidence base. Job Responsibilities Execute and manage the annual environmental scan of BOLD program implementation strategies across ≥30 STLT agencies, Component 1 and 2 activities, peer-reviewed literature and grey literature using the dual-review structured extraction protocol developed with Drs. Glanz and Gitlin; train and supervise Penn RAs in extraction coding procedures. Build, maintain, and update the Penn REDCap database for all program data streams, including quarterly performance measures (tools/trainings used nationally and by STLT agencies; communications products shared), TA engagement logs, adoption-tier classifications, FRAME-IS adaptation notes, and Launch pad site implementation outcome data using the Proctor et al. framework.
