Project Developer (m/f/d)

Your mission Assessing development potential and optimising large-scale construction projects Conceptualisation and implementation of property projects and neighbourhood developments Responsibility for the coordination, optimisation, management and execution of construction projects Representing the client in dealings with contractors, designers, public authorities and neighbours Managing project partners and contractors Proactive decision-making to ensure the smooth running of the project Controlling and reporting Transition of projects into the operational phase, marketing and portfolio management Your profile A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Extensive professional experience in a similar role Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV, as well as good proficiency in using MS Project and MS Office Experience in neighbourhood development projects that have already been implemented would be an advantage A confident, articulate and engaging manner An entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure An independent, conscientious and structured approach to work Why us?
