ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Ensure safety considerations are built into project estimates, logistics, and site visits •Perform accurate, detailed quantity takeoffs and verify consistency with drawings and bid strategy •Perform document reviews to understand plans, specifications, and the scope of work •Draft RFIs; ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with supervisors •Maintain organization of project documents •Capture meeting minutes, action items, and distribute within 24 hours of meetings •Compile estimates, summaries, qualifications, and assumptions in line with templates and standards •Leverage historical databases to perform price analyses and comparisons •Collaborate with leads on identifying pricing trends, cost variances, and validate estimate assumptions.
