Define programme and portfolio delivery strategies, governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and operating models aligned with client objectives. Ensure alignment between business priorities, product roadmaps, technology initiatives, and delivery plans across multiple programmes. Drive successful delivery by balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization across the portfolio. Monitor programme performance through KPIs, executive reporting, financial oversight, and portfolio health reviews. Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior business stakeholders, acting as the primary delivery partner throughout strategic engagements. Lead executive steering committees, programme governance forums, portfolio reviews, and strategic planning workshops. Provide strategic advice on programme prioritization, investment decisions, delivery approaches, organizational readiness, and transformation governance.
