Job Req ID: Posting Date: Function:   Location:  Salary: About the role In this role, you will work in a highly complex, fast paced environment. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for creating and leading an integrated team to deliver end-to-end projects ensuring they have a valid business and customer benefit whilst delivering on time.  You will manage a virtual team of up to 100 people, including a number of 3rd party Suppliers, providing strong leadership across a number of projects, depending on size and complexity.   You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to shape the projects and proactively solve conflict situations through problem-solving, negotiation, open communication and direct influencing. You'll join a close-knit project management team of 13 people across three sites. The team stays connected through regular work and social calls, shared office time and frequent contact. This role can be based in Bristol or London and our hybrid working model means you are expected to be in the office 3 days per week. Don’t meet all the criteria? What you’ll be doing •    Leading – Coordinating virtual teams ( Essential Skills / Experience •    Stakeholder relationships: You communicate clearly and build collaborative working relationships across teams. •    Decision-making: You show initiative, take ownership and have the confidence to make significant decisions. •    Attention to detail: You work carefully and are willing to get into the technical detail needed to understand and deliver a project Desirable Skills / Experience •    Leadership Skills - Able to provide effective leadership to the project team, and take appropriate action. •    Communication Skills - Able to lead communication with stakeholders and work to drive strong, open and sustained communication channels both within the project team and with the wider stakeholder community.  Up to ‘Director of’. •    Negotiation skills - Able to work with stakeholders to shape the project and proactively solve conflict situations through problem-solving, negotiation, open communication and direct influencing •    Planning Skills – The ability to organise tasks in the right order, to hit the right outcome at the right time. •    Budgeting Skills - Able to proactively forecast and manage the project costs to forecasts, both Opex and Capex.
