Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met. Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, driving communication strategy, resolving critical escalations, aligning expectations, and safeguarding customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Function as the key point person for engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business targets. Lead project execution by overseeing milestone tracking, reporting, follow-up activities, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery, margin protection, and overall project performance.
