Here is the reviRole & Responsibilities – Project Manager (High-Rise Residential | MIVAN Formwork)
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to finalize project specifications, drawings, and execution requirements.
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects using MIVAN aluminium formwork technology, including mandatory planning and execution experience in MIVAN shuttering systems.
Plan and monitor MIVAN slab cycles, including formwork erection, reinforcement, MEP embedded services, concreting, de-shuttering, and quality inspections, to achieve planned cycle times.
Ensure accurate coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution to minimize rework and site-level conflicts.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
Prepare detailed construction schedules, project execution plans, resource plans, and milestone-based progress targets.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and specified quality standards.
Negotiate and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve cost-effective project delivery.
Procure construction materials and equipment, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely availability of resources.
Recruit, deploy, and supervise project teams, including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and skilled and unskilled workers.
Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and external development activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor MIVAN formwork alignment, reinforcement placement, concrete quality, dimensional accuracy, slab levels, and recurring defects.
Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures, safety standards, inspection protocols, and applicable statutory requirements.
Identify construction risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor project costs, contractor bills, material consumption, productivity, and budget variances.
Obtain and coordinate necessary permits, approvals, inspections, and statutory clearances with the relevant authorities and internal teams.
Conduct regular site reviews, evaluate progress against planned milestones, and prepare detailed MIS reports for management.
Communicate effectively with management, clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Oversee multiple construction phases or projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams, where required, to support customer commitments, project updates, and handover readiness.
Drive continuous improvement in construction productivity, MIVAN cycle efficiency, resource utilization, and overall project performance.
