How will you make your impact?
As a Project Manager at Linxon , you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, leading the safe, successful, and profitable delivery of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover. You will own project P&L performance, drive operational excellence, manage customer relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Linxon’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
You will lead the safe and profitable delivery of EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
You will maintain full accountability for project P&L, budget performance, forecasting, and financial results.
You will ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements, regulations, and company standards.
You will champion a "Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm" culture across all project activities.
You will lead, coach, and support multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
You will establish effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
You will support bid and pursuit activities by contributing execution strategies, risk assessments, and delivery plans.
You will secure and optimize project resources to support successful project execution.
You will manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
You will evaluate and implement scope changes while protecting Linxon’s commercial interests.
You will ensure compliance with all company procedures, project controls, and governance requirements.
You will monitor project performance and drive achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
