What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible actively managing our heavy civil construction projects on site. Your day-to-day will involve:
Actively manage and coordinate the activities of all stakeholders on site, including staff, trades, and subcontractor representatives;
Motivating and leading all stakeholders, engaging all members to their best;
Monitor and lead any corrective action steps to keep the project on time and within target gross margin;
Assist in the resolution of change requests, unforeseen incidents/additional work and/or other issues;
Ongoing monitoring of progress and costs on all work scopes and provide regular progress reporting to clients;
Attend and maintain client relations, including weekly and monthly meetings;
Review construction plans for compliance with all proper safety and quality procedures;
Preparing and maintain timely and accurate documentation, reports, and other materials;
Tracking and reviewing quotes, estimates, changes, and requests for payment.
The successful candidate will have the following:
