Project Manager (Civil) Company: Infracon Group of Companies Location: Anywhere in Canada | Project-Based Travel Required Infracon is headquartered in Kamloops, BC and executes projects across Western Canada and is expanding across Canada. We welcome applications from experienced Project Managers located throughout Canada. Type: Full-Time, Permanent Wage Range: $50.00 - $62.00/hour plus overtime. Total annual earnings can exceed $130,000 - $160,000+ depending on experience, project demands, and overtime worked. About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to completion and close-out. This role works closely with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This position requires a proactive, organized, and solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment. Project demands, timelines, and priorities may shift based on operational needs, requiring strong adaptability and decision-making skills. The Project Manager will also contribute to improving project execution processes, cost tracking, reporting, and overall project performance across the organization. Who You Are You are a results-driven construction professional with strong leadership and project management experience in light and heavy civil, municipal infrastructure, mining, and industrial services environments. You understand the complexities of managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and balancing cost, schedule, and quality. You are confident working with field teams and stakeholders, making timely decisions, and anticipating project risks before they impact progress.
