Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Project Manager to be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of IT Asset Management (ITAM) projects and project-based services across customer engagements What will you be doing? This is an opportunity to work in a highly visible delivery role where you'll have real ownership, influence customer outcomes, and play a key part in the growth of our services. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing multiple workstreams, building relationships and finding solutions to complex delivery challenges. Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and managed services across a portfolio of customers. Act as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality service. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts and delivery roadmaps. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate consultant resources and monitor project progress, costs and utilisation. Lead customer meetings, service reviews and project governance activities. Produce clear and concise project reporting for customers and senior stakeholders. Support service improvement initiatives, new service offerings and bid activities. Take ownership of escalated or at-risk projects, driving resolution and recovery. Why should you apply?
