In this role, you will manage diverse projects varying in size, scope, and complexity while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Project Leadership & Management Lead project teams in the preparation, review, and delivery of preliminary and final site plans, engineering designs, and construction documents. Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project analyses to support successful project execution. Technical Expertise Review and evaluate survey data, existing site conditions, and development constraints, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, condominium documents, and related records. Prepare and oversee engineering analyses and design documentation, including: Hydrologic and hydraulic studies Due diligence and site feasibility reports Engineer’s opinions of probable construction costs Utility system calculations Detention and retention pond design calculations Stormwater management reports Storm sewer design reports Earthwork and volume calculations Preliminary and final grading plans Local, state, and regulatory permit applications StormCAD and WaterCAD modeling and analysis Team Development & Construction Support Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to junior engineers and designers. Coordinate construction-related services, including permit applications, quantity estimates, cut sheets, transmittals, and construction documentation. Oversee the organization and preparation of site plans, construction plans, and complete construction drawing packages.
